Refund Policy

Short version: if you regret paying $4.99 for nothing, ask us within 14 days and we’ll refund you. Your membership is then deactivated.

14-day refunds

Email support@youmeuseless.com or use the contact form (category “Payment or refund”) within 14 days of purchase with your order reference (found in Settings → Receipts). Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Digital content is delivered immediately after payment. Where the law requires, we will ask for your express consent to immediate delivery and your acknowledgement that this affects the statutory right of withdrawal. Regardless, we voluntarily offer the 14-day refund above.

What happens after a refund

• Your membership becomes inactive and you disappear from the Wall and leaderboards.
• Your member number is retired and stays reserved for your account.
• Chargebacks are treated like refunds.

Gifts

Unredeemed gifts can be refunded to the buyer within 14 days. Refunding a redeemed gift deactivates the recipient’s membership.
